We would highly recommend Barefoot to all our friends
I just want to say Thank-you to Kyle and Andy in the technical dept. We received our spa yesterday and had an issue with start up. For some reason it blew a fuse. I called the number for Barefoot and immediately had someone answer. They got me over to these guys and we tried to troubleshoot it over the phone. After trying some simple basic checks Kyle said he would come right out and check even though we weren’t real close to their location.
After the initial phone call I did find the blown fuse but Kyle at this point was only a few miles away, and showed up within the hour. We replaced the fuse and he ran over some functions of the spa with us. We really appreciated him spending the time. This is the kind of action that first, would make us a repeat buyer and second, we would highly recommend them to all our friends. Not only did we save a lot of money on the purchase price from them, compared to buying from a store, but we received first class service. Our Thanks go out to all of you, and we appreciated your assistance. Oh by the way we love the new spa….
